another piece dedicated to the Halo Forerunner lore:

_{The luminarium is a special shrine where forerunners keep vast information and data on their technologies. The system uses a 3 Dimensional data storage system which enables summoned images to appear solid and almost tangible. Here the operator inspects the intricate designs of a Shield World.}

Attempting to recycle past works to create new ones.

This is a non-canon technology in the Forerunner lore. I actually pulled the idea from Star Trek: the Motion Picture when the USS Enterprise ran into an encounter with V'ger.

The title is not to be confused with the actual Luminary of the Covenants.
